6-16-08 - Woke to layers upon layers of clouds and thunderstorms rolling just north and more forecast to hit me...Figured today was a wash but then, before my eyes a ray of light came thru the front door glass, then another, and another!...I ran outside to see what was happening and as I looked upward with excited hope, a huge cloud rolls in and once again, I'm, washed in what I think to be eternal shade...But then, 30 minutes later, it happened again but this time I walked outside and it looked like I was in the eye of a hurricane, bright blue and not even haze!...I grabbed mt scope and managed to get about 40 minutes before the hole closed again...Really nice day up there, imagers, take your mark, get set, GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :-)!
